Today I wanted to share a look I wore last week. This Goop x Lilly Pulitzer maxi skirt is amazing! The fabric is so cool and comfortable; perfect for summer! And who doesn’t love dresses or skirts with pockets?! Andi’s little seersucker dress also has pockets, which she was pretty excited about! I have linked all of mine and Andi’s outfit details below!
Last week, my friend Amy invited me over to her studio for a makeover. She does an amazing job! If you are in the area and looking for a makeup artist, I highly recommend her! She even does bridal parties. Check out my Instagram post with photos of her beautiful studio here.
I ordered this white eyelet dress dress from Rachel Parcell’s June collection. It is the perfect fabric for summer. I love the ruffle details and the hi-lo hemline. My shoes were a Target find and are under $25! I found my bag at Gap several months ago and is currently sold out, but I have linked a similar one at the bottom of the page. 🙂
I ordered this blue hydrangea midi dress last week and love it! The color is so beautiful and I am really into midi dresses right now. I purchased these cork heels last year and they are still available! They go with so many of my skirts and dresses and are also a great transitional shoe for Spring going into Summer.
My necklace is from Soft and Kind Jewelry. Use code BEKIND for 15% off of your purchase!
Can you believe it is almost May??? Summer fashion is beginning to emerge and I am loving the blues this season. I recently bought this Gal Meets Glam dress from Julia Engel’snew collection also available at Nordstrom. There are so many beautiful dresses that it was hard to just choose one! I love a good maxi though and this one has pockets so I had to have it! It is lightweight and perfect for the warmer months ahead. A lot of dresses have sold out in most sizes, but there have been some restocks so keep checking if there is a specific one you want. There will be new dresses each month so I know there are more beautiful things to come! What are your favorites from the Gal Meets Glam dress collection?

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while! Between Easter, making time for Andi, keeping up with our new workout routine, and quite frankly laziness, I just haven’t had time. Lately I have felt like my days, weeks and months are passing by me so quickly that I am being cautious how I spend my “free” time. I try to give Andi my undivided attention whenever I can. She is really into reading books right now. We read about 6 per day. Her current favorites are Monday is a Fun Day!, The Rainbow Fish (one of my childhood favorites), The Monster at the End of This Book, (another childhood favorite of mine), and Mother Bruce. She can recite almost all the pages of Mother Bruce. She asks every day if we can go to Miami Beach to see him. While linking these books, I learned there are several other Bruce books in the series… Literally just ordered them! She is going to be so excited!
Scroll down to see an outfit I wore a few weeks ago. I love the ruffle sleeves on my top!
Can you believe we are almost in April? Time is flying by so quickly! I have been trying to get everything ready for Easter. We are Greek Orthodox so luckily for me, our easter isn’t until April 8th, so I have a little extra time to prepare. I am also thrilled about the discounted candy!
I wore this look a few weeks ago to run some errands. My oversized stripe tunic and jeans are from Scout & Molly’s Boutique in Sarasota. I LOVE this top. The cotton is so soft and extremely lightweight. It is French Connection, which is one of my favorite everyday brands.
Scout & Molly’s has an amazing selection of brands to choose from. They are always getting new things in for every season. I like that they have something for everyone and just about any occasion. Check out a few of my previous posts featuring their products here, here and here!
Make sure to follow them on Instagram. If you aren’t in the Sarasota area, feel free to give them a call at 941-955-2170. They ship! 😉
I am excited to share these photos with you. We took them a few weeks ago and I just love this ruffle blouse! I ordered it with several other pieces from Rachel Parcell’s latest launch. We will be taking photos this week so stay tuned for some sneak peeks and reviews on my Insta stories!
It is starting to warm up here again so I am able to start breaking out some of my spring dresses! I ordered this dusty rose spring maxi dress several weeks ago from Rachel Parcell’s RP Everyday Shop. It is sold out, but keep an eye on it if you are interested in ordering one for yourself. They often restock popular items! She also launched so many beautiful pieces today in her Rachel Parcell Collection line. There are some great options to wear for Easter and all throughout Spring season. If you need a dress for a shower or even a wedding, head over there and check out all of the gorgeous dresses and skirts. This is one of my favorites!
Do you know what you are wearing for Easter yet? There are so many great things in the retail world right now that it is so hard to decide!
Today I am wearing this fun satin dress that I got last week from Scout & Molly’s of Sarasota. The fabric is a dream and the color is a nice bold pop of color for Spring! I originally planned on wearing it with wedges or sandals and maybe a sun hat, but we got a little cold front this week, so I was able to pull out my brown leather jacket that I hardly ever get to wear. It is several years old, but I did see a similar perforated jacket at Scout & Molly’s when I was there. Scroll down to the bottom to get all of my outfit details.
I have received some amazing beauty PR packages with some amazing beauty products over the past few months. I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you!
So, this is kind of a funny story. I was on the hunt for a drug store brand foundation for every day wear. I have a few name brand foundations that I love, but I go through them pretty quickly, which really adds up. I tried so many drug store brands but none of them were right for me. They were either too watery, too thick or I couldn’t get the right color. I spent hours on the internet looking at reviews to get the right one. I eventually gave up. Shortly after that, Influenster sent me a package with Maybelline’s Master Prime primer and Fit Me Dewy foundation! The timing was perfect! Just when I thought I wasn’t going to find a less expensive foundation, this showed up in my mailbox. I cannot say enough good things about these two products! The primer is a great base and the foundation is everything I was looking for. Great coverage, long lasting and the color is perfect for my skin tone. I really like the dewy and I might even try the matte version next time.
I had never heard of either of these products until I received them. I started using the Rodial Banana Lowlighter right away. It is great to use as concealer for dark circles under the eyes. I like that it doesn’t have a shimmer effect like most highlighters. The Nip + Fab Radiance Shot can be added to your nightly moisturizer. I have only used it twice because I rarely remember to use moisturizer but so far I like it. I’ll let you know if I see any major results with it. 🙂
I received these exfoliating pads a few months ago and have been using them about three nights a week. They are nice for removing my makeup before I get in the shower. I like only having to use one product to remove my makeup and exfoliate. For a full time working mom, this is a nice time saver. They do a great job of brightening and clarifying my skin. They feel SO refreshing. Like a glass of water for my face! Anthony even uses them a couple of times a week. They were even the winner of Harper’s Bazaar’s “Best At-Home Glycolic Treatment” & SELF Magazine’s “Best Exfoliant” awards. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a gentle exfoliator and aren’t big on adding a ton of different products to your nightly regimen!
In case you missed it, I did a post on these products a few months ago. You can read it here. I have kept up with my Smile Brilliant whitening trays. If you have sensitive teeth, this is the perfect kit for you! There is a desensitizing gel that really helps. I recommend this to all my coffee and red wine drinkers out there!
I have done several posts on Aveda in the past. I love the products! I even go to an Aveda salon. You can read that post here. Aveda sends me a lot of different things, but when they sent me this wooden box full of goodies, I was ecstatic! I lost a lot of hair after I had Andi. This was so discouraging since I have had thick hair all my life. The Invati system has helped tremendously. My hair has finally grown back in and feels nice and full! I can’t believe what a difference this has made.
Do you use any of the products I reviewed? What are some of your favorites?
Thanks for stopping by!
