Happy Wednesday! Every day is starting to feel a little more like Fall here. It is finally starting to cool down in the evenings, which is a nice change from how unbearably hot it has been. Because of this pleasant change, I’ve decided to feature one of my “Mom on the Go” outfits to showcase how you can keep cute without sacrificing style whenever you’re out and about with the family.
My dress is another great piece from Rachel Parcell. It is an easy dress to just throw on for a put together look. The quality is amazing and I know I will wear it a lot this season. It would also look great with a felt hat and even a black cardigan.
This dress is the perfect combo of classic design, the monochrome trend, and comfort to feel great all day. It may be surprising to see me pair heeled booties with an outfit I’m labeling as “on the go approved,” but booties are a seriously great way to inject style into any outfit – without sacrificing comfort. Trust me!
This dress had pockets, which I thought was wonderful as usual. You have no idea how useful it is to have a spot to store napkins and other baby-musts when you don’t have time to dig through a bag!
This is an above-the-knee dress, but it’s long enough to make sure ou don’t have any Marilyn Monroe moments in the breeze! 🙂
This outfit is already pretty feminine and the black and white pattern is also bold, so the gold jewelry I picked is subtle and structured to add some balancing details to the whole look.
What do you consider an “on the go” outfit? I love styles like this when I’m out and about but, don’t get me wrong, I totally rock some active wear the other 50% of the time!
xx Nikki
